Antiquated Technology Museum

Bizarre visit to the Museum of Antiquated Technology yesterday. Surrealistic really, flying throught the woods in a 1928 Model A converted cranberry hauler. Didn't make it to the 'cliff of death' but we did see the curator's 'firing range' complete with bullet-hole ridden microwaves and computers.

Gotta love this planet!

Christmas tree is up. Gave a tour to Jimbo Dupont and his entourage after the Pats victory last week. They interrupted our RACKO game (family game night) and I wasn't all that pleased but it was sort of entertaining and the family was good about it. Ave Maria is lulling me to sleep. The Globe pulled the article, thankfully, although I have the piece in the museum for posterity!

First entry. Globe may be running the piece on the ETBCM. With a circulation of 600,000 on weekends I feel like I'm preparing for the arrival of a hurricane. What was I thinking? I have e-mailed the travel editor at the Globe, begging him emphasize that it's a VIRTUAL tour so tour buses don't start pulling up.

I bit off more than I could chew. The whole thing was too rushed and I must put ego in check next time. NO MORE PUBLICITY!

G'nite world! Sleep calls. Curator swam at the Y tonight. Keeping in shape so I can fight off reporters next week. Oh, and the Thermometer Man himself will be visiting the museum next week methinks. Must get film for camera! He's in Ripley's Believe It or Not AND Guiness - the book of World's records, not the Stout!
